Ex-Rep Moshood Mustapha  Retains Friendship With Raheem Adedoyin

Former member of the House of the House  of Representatives, Hon Moshood Mustapha has retained friendship with  a colleague former commissioner, Alhaji Raheem Adedoyin.

They both served as cabinet members during the Dr Bukola Saraki administration.

While Adedoyin was Commissioner for Information and later Education, Moshood was Commissioner for Lands and later Agriculture.

Adedoyin’s mother;late Princess Awawu Ajibike Adedoyin died a few days ago and Moshood was not only around to condole with the former pen pusher but was one of the dignitaries that attended the eighth day prayer service (fidau) held for the repose of her soul at Ijomu Oro town square , Ijomu Oro,  Irepodun local government area of Kwara state.

Other dignitaries at the fidau include   Kwara state  Deputy Governor, Mr. Kayode Alabi, Deputy Speaker, Kwara state house of assembly, Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq’s Special Adviser on Special Duties, Hon Yinka Aluko,  Senator Makanjuola Ajadi,   Gov Abdulrazaq’s deputy chief of staff, Princess Olubukola Babalola, Alhaji Jani Ibrahim and Chief Wole Oke.

Talking to journalists, Hon Mashood Mustapha, who offered his condolences, also said the late Princess Awawu will be sorely missed.

‘Mama would be missed not only by her biological children, but everyone because she considered everyone as her child. She  was always there to admonish us, so we are going to miss her excellent piece of advice.

One of the lessons late Princess Awawu taught us  is to always be upright, steadfast and courageous’ he said.
