Those who serve others will learn very quickly that love blesses those who give it just as it does those who receive it.

Like husband like wife you’d say; the first couple at the Omega Fire Ministries (OFM) worldwide, Apostle Johnson and Reverend Lizzy Suleman, have continued to awe many with their unrivalled passion for charity.

Since the ministry was founded, the couple, via their private humanitarian initiative, ‘Touch of Love’, have donated to a diverse range of causes, including entrepreneurship, education, human rights, food and energy, sports and, even, technology.

In this time of Coronavirus pandemic alone, millions of people around the world have been badly affected particularly due to hunger occasioned by compulsory sit-at-home. And because it is impossible to look away from the images of such anxious people, Apostle Suleman and wife have always lent a hand of help.

On Friday 24th of April, 2020, Dr. Lizzy Suleman backed up her husband’s regular efforts at cushioning the effects of the lockdown pains when she distributed millions of naira in cash and food items to hundreds of staff of her  Hosanna conglomerate. In support, her husband personally doled out N5,000 each to 20 of her fans in the social media.

The dutiful wife of the ‘Oracle of God’, we gathered, had also before now, quietly shared palliatives to members of the Auchi community where the OFM headquarters is located.

”The knowledge that you’re helping others is hugely empowering and, in turn, can make you feel happier and more fulfilled,” Dr. Lizzy Suleman expressed while handing over the gifts to lucky staff as she urged adherence to safety measures as directed by the government.

Apostle Suleman, who has been named ‘charity ambassador’ for his consistent donation to charity, would always say that he, as a symbol of faith, has a moral duty to use what he has to help others, a sentiment very much rooted in his personal values and principles.

”Having the power to improve the lives of others is, to me, a privilege, and one that comes with its own sense of obligation,” he declared.
