The International Inner Wheel District 911, Nigeria, a non-governmental organisation is set to install her 39th District Chairman and Executives.
The installation event, which is slated to take place on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 12 o’clock prompt at Ayo Rosiji Hall, Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina Lagos, is intended to raise funds for their activities in 2022–2023 Inner Wheel year.
The District Chairman IWM Morohunranti Folake Ajayi, promised to serve District 911 and humanity to the best of her ability and capability to move the District to greater heights. As part of her goal for the year, she plans to empower clubs and mentor members for greater tasks ahead.
She therefore seeks the support of all in achieving the 2022-2023 International Inner Wheel year theme “WORK WONDERS’’ in the service of humanity.
The theme ‘’WORK WONDERS’’ is aimed to transform, bind, accomplish positive results for humanity, and strengthen weakness as well as adopt best proven and time-tested practices.
The International Inner Wheel President Worldwide, in her global address to members, stated that ‘to work, refers to activities involving mental or physical effort to achieve purpose or accomplish a result’.
“Work is exertion of efforts or God given strength and facilities to produce or perform. On the other hand, ‘’wonders’’ refers to that which is amazing, surprising, beautiful, something that inspires.
“Therefore, when we say ‘’WORK WONDERS” theme in International Inner Wheel, it means Inner Wheel work that is so meaningful, valuable, significant, and authentic to the world that the work inspires and create wonders in the Houses, Communities, Clubs, Districts, and the world at large.”
