Gov Abdulrazaq Appoints Channels TV’s Bashir Adigun, 6 Others  As Special Advisers

Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has appointed  the Controller,  News and Current Affairs (Northern Nigeria)  Channels TV, who is also the  Abuja Correspondent of Associated Press (AP) as his Special Adviser on Political Communications.

Adigun has   also worked as Reporter/Researcher at the Guardian Newspaper.

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree   in Communications and Language Arts  from  Nigeria’s premier University of Ibadan in 1990.

He has two Master’s degrees, both from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria —  Masters in International Affairs and Diplomacy (MIAD) and Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice (MLC).

Adigun, an indigene of  Ifelodun local government is married and has children.

Former Special Adviser on Political Affairs, Alhaji  Saadu Salau   has also been reassigned to a new post; Strategy while the former Special Adviser on  Strategy, Abdullateef Alakawa  was  named as  the new Special Adviser on Political Affairs.

Others are   Retired Brigadier-General Saliu Tunde Bello (Security); Professor Adekunle Dunmade (Health); Ahmed Yinka Aluko (Special Duties) and Attahiru Ibrahim (Sports and Youth).
