Scholars Offer Prayers as North Central Emir Falls Sick, Flies Abroad for Treatment

A prominent Emir in Nigeria’s North Central state has reportedly left for Turkey for treatment of an illness associated with aging.
According to insiders, the monarch left the state mid March barely a month after the passing of the Chief Imam of the state capital who was said to be an associate.

Although his personal assistant who went with him claimed he travelled to Turkey on annual vacation, sources insist that the 86 years old retired justice, who ascended the throne in 1995, arrived Istanbul, capital city of Turkey, and was immediately checked into a medical facility for treatment.
Scholars and youths of the state, during last week Friday’s Jumhat prayer, reportedly held a special prayer session for the monarch’s quick recovery.
Turkey is home to over two million international patients for its advanced healthcare infrastructure, particularly in cities like Istanbul, Ankara, and Antalya, which offers services often 50 to 70 percent cheaper than in the US or Europe.
The Emir reportedly chose Turkey for its comfortable environment for Muslim patients. This includes access to foods that align with Islamic faith and prayer facilities.
