Governor Adegboyega Oyetola of Osun State has appointed a former member of the House of Representatives, Hon Ajibola Famurewa, as head, State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) in the state.
It was a ‘compensation’ appointment, Global Excellence has learnt.
Famurewa served as Director General of Oyetola Campaign Organization during the 2018 governorship election.
The governor though ensured Famurewa was given the APC Osun East ticket, he however lost to the PDP candidate, Senator Francis Fadahunsi at the 2019 senatorial election.
Oyetola has again, ensured he got Compensated with the SUBEB slot for showing passionate support for him and the party, APC.
