A new movie titled ‘A Story Like Mine’ will be unveiled to the public in Lagos tomorrow, Thursday 25th August 2016.
The concept of the movie, according to the executive producer, Chief Femi Davies, is to call the attention of the society about the need to re awaken family values, domestic violence in relationships, among other moral projections.
”The idea of the movie premiere which will open in cinemas across the nation from September 2nd 2016, is to screen the messages in the movie to stake holders, movie actors, movie marketers and the general public who will later act as ambassadors preaching the ‘A Story Like Mine’ message,” said Chief Davies who added that the movie will also be screened at major campuses.
‘A Story Like Mine’ (Itan Bi Temi) which was shot by Global Frame Productions as produced by Oyin Elebuibon for Metronews Entertainment, the business arm of Nigeria’s foremost online news platform Metronews, will be screened at the Silverbird Cinema located inside the Ikeja City Mall, Lagos.
Dignitaries who have been confirmed as front liners to witness the premiere include the former governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel; Senator Ganiyu Solomon; Otunba Gani Adams; Araba Yemi Elebuibon; Princess Toyin Kolade, among others.
The movie, shot at various locations in Osogbo, Osun State, features Nollywood stars like Yomi Fash-Lanso, Aina Gold, Toyin Adegbola, Bidemi Kosoko, Lateef Adedimeji, Oyin Elebuibon, Hip Hop sensation LKT and others.
