Public school students who are members of the ‘Kwara Team’ , are currently representing Nigeria at the ongoing 2024 World School Debate (Odham Cup) in Singapore.
The debate competition is being held at Anglo Chinese Junior College, Singapore and this is the second time the Kwara team would be representing Nigeria at such a debate contest.
The state won the 63rd edition of the presidential debate in Abuja for the second time in a row last year, asserting its leadership in the competition which involves participants from all the 36 states in the country.
Residents of the State of Harmony were excited to receive the news of the Kwara Team representing the country at such an event while some have also described it as one of the benefits of the AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq administration’s investments in education.
