Getting laid in the harmony city of Ilorin, Kwara State just became more expensive.
Buying sexual services is becoming more expensive in Ilorin where residents are predominantly Muslims, as ‘runs’ girls have reportedly increased their fee per sex round. Insiders told this magazine that their reason was to save to cover the Muslims’ month of Ramadan.
Ilorin is a city where a lot of people troop to for business developments daily owing to its peaceful nature and its strategic location as the gateway between north and south.
And because of the religious nature of the city, it does record dull social activities during the fasting period (Ramadan).
Insiders who are familiar with the trade said that the upscale ladies have raised prices of ‘spending time with men’ by 30 to 40 percent. Initially, sources said the girls charged between N3, 000 and N7,000 per night with men, but the need to save enough for the Ramadan’s 30 fasting days caused the increase to between N8,000 and N10,000 now.
“Well, it is normal to keep prices as they were, but then it’s a holiday (Ramadan) period where you have a whole month to run at the lower ebb. So, things would normally get more expensive anywhere not just in Ilorin, and girls can’t work at a loss,” noted one of our sources who is in the know of call girls operations.
