Much have not been heard about Didi Vibez as far as entertainment industry is concerned. But we can reveal that Kamaldeen Oladapo Lateef has been working assiduously in the Southern and Western parts of Nigeria to develop lots of artistes.
Although some people fall in love with singing, producing, and dancing, Didi Vibez admires talent management.
Kamaldeen who is also the head of Didi Vibes finished his primary and secondary school at offa Kwara State. He was admitted into Distinct Polytechnic in Osun State two years ago to study Business Administration.
Perhaps this is one of the reasons he wants to excel as a talent manager. While in the higher institution, Kamaldeen worked with lots of celebrities in the entertainment industry. He says talent management is his unique selling point.
“I developed passion for talent management looking at Olamide Baddo. I admire strategy Olamide is exploring in managing YBNL artistes. Baddo has managed Adekunle Gold, Lil Kesh and others to success. Definitely, Asake nomination at Grammy was also part of Olamide successful story as far as Nigerian music industry is concerned. So, I am using this platform to commend Olamide. He is my role model. I want to excel like him in this field. I want to sign lucrative artistes that I will work with in the future,” Didi Vibez said.
I had worked with Shoday, Y Dollar, D J YK, D J Spirit and Mascara Vibez previously . My Future project is to build up many successful artistes in the entertainment industry.
Within a few years that he started scouting for young talents, he has won the ‘Best Young A & R Personality award in Ogun State. He promises not to rest on his oars to achieve excellence.
