Fathers have been described as the source of human beings, therefore the importance of fathers to mankind cannot be quantified.
These and more are the words of the Senior Pastor of Grace Nation International aka Liberation City, Dr Chris Okafor, at the special Father’s Day service held at the church’s Lagos headquarters on Sunday.
Explaining the virtues of fathers, the ‘Generational Prophet of God’ said God empowers fathers to determine how well or how far a man can go in life, adding that fathers can bless and also curse because God gives them the power as their rights.
Teaching on the topic: “Powers and Authorities of Fathers”, Dr Okafor re affirmed that anytime a father blesses or curses, it come to pass and it also defines how its works. The man of God said both biological father and spiritual father have the authorities to invoke either blessings or curse, warning that a child of God not to provoke the anger in the fathers because when they speak whatever they declare will follow whosoever to his or her generations yet unborn.
However, the ‘Generational Prophet of God’ charges all children of God to use this special day, the Father’s Day, to pray and seek the blessings of the fathers and also reconcile whatever differences that exist between you and your fathers.
The man of God said if your father is happy with you, God is also happy with you, so therefore respect and regard both your biological and spiritual fathers.
“The spirit of God moved in different dimensions at the realms of the prophetic at the service, miracle babies everywhere, while an arrow fired into the leg of a woman by the strong man in her family received Holy Ghost fire and it disappeared on the spot at the service. Also, many altars bowed to the command of God through his servant, Dr Chris Okafor while many lawful captives were set free all to the glory of God.”
Meanwhile the mid-year Cross Over conference with Dr Okafor will hold between 22nd and 26th June, 2022 at the international headquarters of Grace Nation at Liberation City Close, Ojodu Berger, Lagos, Nigeria.
Major gospel acts billed to dazzle at the conference include Gabriel Peters, Eben, Joe Praise, and Moses Bliss, among many others.
