The one-day high-level forum, held at The Providence Hotel, Lagos, brought together a diverse audience including CEOs, C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, public sector leaders, investors, and young professionals for a transformative experience centered on leadership excellence and business innovation.
With the theme “Equipping People and Organizations to Unleash Sustained Performance,” the event provided a dynamic platform for insightful discussions on leadership development, organizational culture, talent empowerment, innovation, and adaptability in an evolving global economy.
In his remarks, Elawure Omotayo, Convener of The Executive Platforms and Chief Executive Director of Emages Multimedia Ltd, emphasized the core objective of the initiative, stating:.
