Armstrong ‘Tope Akintunde is a Nigerian businessman that animates with his pull of simplicity, compassion, and enterprising spirit.

Above all, he has an abiding passion for a better and rapidly improving society, which naturally encapsulates his quest for the development of Nigeria as a whole, wanting the country to catch up with others in the advanced world.

But in deference to the adage that “charity begins at home”, Akintunde started out with a holistic agenda for the development of his Ogun State homeland, keying into the overall development plans of the state governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun.

From property development aimed at providing affordable homes for all, and especially for the less-privileged, to several corporate social responsibilities targeted at lifting the commoners, Armstrong, as Akintunde is best known, comes as a matador, set to wrestle down the bull of poverty. In short, he hoists wealth and prosperity, for all to embrace.

Of Aerofield, Company that Provides Homes

Aerofield Homes, which is the flagship of Akintunde’s several concerns, is known for the prompt delivery of quality homes anywhere in the country; and it is always willing to partner with individuals, groups and government as long as the efforts are tailored towards solving the housing challenges in the country.

There is no doubt that housing deficit in the country is a major challenge as the human population increases and Nigeria is battling with population control. With the Nigerian population crossing the 200 million mark, affordable housing may not be easily realisable, except the private sector comes in support of government, which is the foresight Akintunde has brought to bear.

Aerofield Homes Limited, as a dependable housing establishment for the masses, was created with a mission of affordable housing for all. The comfort, satisfaction and protection of lives and properties that come with having a shelter, be it rented or owned, make it so crucial and a very important gap that virtually all human beings want to fill.

Currently, a huge chunk of Nigerians-around 20 million citizens, are said to be having challenges as regard decent housing, which is hampering their productivity and equally contributing to the serious problems of insecurity ravaging the country. It is against this backdrop of vital roles that housing plays in our economy and in man’s natural existence, that Aerofield Homes Limited, Lagos, came into existence six years ago.

The main concern of Aerofield Homes Limited is pushing down the figure of Nigerians without decent shelter and this it has been pursuing with tremendous drive, energy and integrity. Due to excellent service delivery, their long list of clients which cut across the low, medium and high-income earners in the country, always have reasons to come back or recommend Aerofield Homes to their friends and others.

The founder, Akintunde was once quoted as saying, “Aerofield Homes was founded on integrity and pledge to excellent service delivery to support Nigerians to own their houses without tears or regret of ever partnering with us” and this solemn pledge is what the fast-rising real estate firm has been pursuing, hence, its continued success stories in the sector.
