They are smart and they have calculative mind, while monitoring people’s activities and movements, they exploit situations to their advantage by quickly making moves to steal cash and valuables. They lurk around parked cars and pretend as if waiting to hook up with someone while unknown to the people around they have already accessed cars by using an improvised key. A recent case was that of an engineer who has his office on Stadium Road, we gathered that he had gone to withdraw the sum of N120,000 from the bank and kept in one of his cars, Honda Legend. Few minutes later, he returned to where the car was parked to discover that the car had been opened and the dole taken away.
