There are indications that famous singer of Zazuh Zeh fame, Olalomi Okikiola a.k.a. Portable, has finally dumped his erstwhile promoter, Kogbagidi.
According to a very reliable source, Portable, who in the recent past had series of disagreements with Kogbagidi, has moved to a new promotion outfit, Danku Entertainment owned by Yusuf Adepitan otherwise known as Ijoba Danku.
The source that spotted Portable with Danku few days back confirmed to us that the two were already in agreement and Danku has already taken up his public relations job.
However, Danku has said he is not snatching Portable from Kogbagidi. In a statement sent to us, Danku admitted that he has working relationship with Portable as manager and promoter, but the story that he has taken him away from Kogbagidi was not true.
“I am just Portable’s promoter and managing consultant. I didn’t snatch him from Kogbagidi. Both had arguments, I settled them. But it seems that things didn’t go down well with Kogbagidi. So, Portable called me for a meeting of which Kogbagidi was also aware. Kogbagidi was my apprentice. I brought him on artiste management field. I am always happy seeing him growing up in the entertainment industry. So if people say negative things to tarnish my image, such a story should be ignored,” Danku declared.
