Multiple award-winning singer, Oritsefemi Majemite Ekele has things working for him so fast, as he has joined the league of star musicians who own mansions in the high-class Lekki area of Lagos.

The ‘Musical Taliban’, we gathered, just moved into his new home at Lekki Phase 1 said to worth N400 million.

Also, Oritsefemi is investing big in the oil and gas business in Nigeria. A source told this magazine that though the star crooner is getting fat pay from music, he is trying his hands in other ventures not only to help himself but other Nigerians in the lower class.

According to the source, Oritsefemi is considering the fact that, despite that Nigeria is one of the world’s biggest oil producers, most of its people remain mired in poverty. “It is a legitimate business where investors are making millions of dollars every day and, he feels he could just be one of them and help others with it too,” squealed the source.

On why he is diversifying, the star crooner said, “I’m trying to give back to the society that made me and still continue to make me. It’s payback time. I’m determined to impact in lives too.”

Also, the ‘Ongbalarami’ crooner will be embarking on music world tour next month, April. The tour tagged ‘Corporate Miscreant Musical World Tour’, said a reliable source, will take his group to Europe, Asia, Africa, America and Australia. We also learnt that Oritsefemi just contracted a new, female manager, Miss Karachi Maduforo, in a bid to boost his fast growing brand.

“What is constant in life is change. With the help of God, my brand is expanding and it is important to explore other ventures,” notes Oritsefemi who we heard is diversifying from the showbiz into oil and gas business and running an NGO to care for the children.
