Popular Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye, also known as Rude Boy of the PSquare duo has issued a warning to parents about a troubling trend among young girls.
He highlighted that some young ladies have adopted the belief that men are obligated to fund their lifestyles, a mindset that could lead to serious consequences.
In his Instagram story on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, Okoye attributed this belief to negative influences and expressed concern that some girls are now expecting monetary compensation from men before agreeing to go on dates.
He noted that this trend has misled many girls and urged parents to stay vigilant to prevent their children from falling victim to this harmful mentality.
