Nollywood box office Queen, Funke Akindele, has slammed an overzealous netizen who suggested she should stop featuring in her own movies.
Taking to the microblogging platform X, the renowned filmmaker shared a video of her dancing while publicizing her upcoming movie, “Everybody Loves Jenifa” set to hit cinemas in December.
An X user, identified as @Godbles82, suggested that the actress would probably fare better if she doesn’t feature as a cast in her movie.
The X user wrote:
“Maybe you could do better by producing a movie one day without being part of the cast.”
