According to him, “Atiku Abubakar will record a landslide victory in the North-East, North-West, North-Central, South-West and South-South. And to be specific in South-West, States like Lagos, Osun, Ogun and Oyo are all going in Atiku’s way, mark my words”. Animashaun stated.

Animashun who was confident of victory for his party noted that it was time for the PDP to return to power at the federal level and also take over Lagos state, adding that
the party’s governorship candidate, Dr Abdul-Azeez Adediran (Jandor), has the capacity, competence, character and the enablement that someone to be called Lagos State governor should posses.

“Today without doubt, Nigerians can see in Atiku, a pan Nigerian leader whose desire is to unite the nation and foster national cohesion, secure lives and properties, make life more abundant and ensure there is socio-economic advancement for the citizenry irrespective of their background.

“In addition, Atiku’s genuine desire to eradicate poverty and unemployment through qualitative governance that wears human face as well as empowerment initiatives for the youths are what significantly fuelled people’s interest across the 6 geopolitical zones to throw their weight behind him. There are empirical and verifiable evidences to prove that Atiku Abubakar will record a landslide victory in the North-East, North-West, North-Central, South-South and South-West. His 5-point policy document is very robust and truly speaks to Nigeria’s present and future needs.

“I make bold to say Atiku is way ahead of anyone being paraded by the other parties, and he will get to work immediately he get elected at the February 25, 2023 general elections. Nigerians can no longer be deceived by empty promises of some politicians who are known for renting crowd to cajole the electorate.

“I also appeal to our people that they need to cooperate with PDP and offer their full and unalloyed support and loyalty for our party in the coming election, because here is the time for the PDP to return to power at the federal level and also take over Lagos state, impressively our governorship candidate, Dr Abdul-Azeez Adediran (Jandor), has brilliantly show that he has the capacity, competence, character and the enablement that someone to be called Lagos State governor should posses.

“In Lagos we must free ourselves from the shackles of those who think they own Lagos. This is the opportunity we have to tell them enough is enough. Please use your PVC to vote out APC and vote massively for all the candidates of the PDP in the 2023 elections. We already know we are winning, however, we must endeavour to double our game and refuse to rest on our oars.”

Animashaun an indegene of Lagos and one time Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development in Lagos State stressed further: “I have many reasons to be committed to the freedom of Lagos from the grip of an individual, which is why I gave kudos to the Lagos4Lagos movement ahead of 2023 and by the grace of God Almighty Jandor and Funke Akindele will win convincingly in this coming election.

“This journey did not start yesterday, but thankfully it is gathering more momentum. I have been part of this journey and I am doubly sure that this time around our victory is here and will never be truncated by any individual or forces no matter how highly placed.”

Animashaun however commended PDP leadership in Lagos State for their roles in reaching out to all members and also for opening their doors and accepting new members, especially those with the capacity to deliver the state for PDP in the forthcoming elections.
