Officials of the Department of State Services (DSS) had on Thursday night raided the Ibadan residence of Mr. Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho in connection with allegations that he stockpiled weapons.
DSS alleged that there was gunfight involving its officials and Igboho’s men leading to the death of two people while a DSS operative was injured.
The DSS has consequently declared Igboho wanted.
The gist here is that one of the Big Boys in Osogbo, Saheed aka Adogan was one of the two people shot dead during the gunfight. The second victim was a man simply known as Alfa.
Adogan, an indigene of Osogbo, who was though feared by many was, however, said to be humble, friendly and unassuming.
He was said to have left Osogbo for Ibadan a day earlier.
Meanwhile, it was a good news to friends and family members of another Big Boy in Osogbo popularly known as ‘Dudu Igboho’ who had been reportedly shot dead but was later seen among those arrested and presented to the public at a news conference in Abuja by the DSS.
