The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi (Ojaja II) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on business investment with a Saudi Arabian company, the Group of Company for the Development of Technology and Construction (GTDC), The Ooni  in his remarks at the event stated  that the experience and the exposure he gathered during  his sojourn in the  business world as a Prince before mounting the throne of his forebears greatly assisted him in administering the vast kingdom of Ife land. ‘Am impressed with the green energy, green city you want to partner with us which will help our teeming youths to be gainfully employed.

We are blessed in Ife land as God used a philanthropist who wants to

start his philanthropic efforts in Nigeria in Ife land. I brought him home before going to any other place because I want my people in Ife land to benefit from his kind gesture. We need Public Private Partnership (PPP) to boost our economy for the youths to be fully employed. This life is full of vanity and the only thing you can do to be remembered for is service to humanity’, Ooni stated. Also speaking, the Jordanian business tycoon from Middle East, Sheik Hamard Al Natour acknowledged the royal father for his efforts in empowering the youths, widows, orphans and the less-privileged. ‘I am here in Ife to partner with the Ooni of Ife on green energy, green city in order to make life more bearable for the good people of Ife land. I have built schools, hospitals and houses around 168 countries in the six continents of the world. For now, my focus is to come home which is Ile-Ife and partner with the most respected monarch globally who preaches peace around the globe. The project I want to embark on will be completed within three to six months’ Al Natour stated. Shiek Al Natour is an entrepreneur, business tycoon and a philanthropist. The  Ooni  and Hon Hamard left for Abuja immediately after the signing of the MOU for an appointment with  President Muhammadu Buhari.
