Onipokia, Gbajabiamila, Ganduje, Others, Grace Prof Olaofe’s Book Launch in Abuja

The Nigeria Capital City, Abuja recently witnessed an influx of dignitaries from all walks of life in honour of a renowned Scholar, Professor Musa Olaofe who doubles as the Chief Imaam of Ansarudeen Mosque Abuja and a member of the Governing Council, University of Abuja as he launched one of his intellectual products titled Entrepreneurship in Islam.

Notable among the political and business magnates who attended the Professorial Investiture and book presentation include, Chief of Staff to the President, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, former Kano State Governor Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, energy magnate Engr. Abdulkabir Adisa Aliu, representative of Borno State governor, Hon (Dr) Maina Yaumi, and many other prominent figures.

Imam Musa Olaofe, the Chief Imam of Ansar Deen Mosque, Abuja, is a native of Agosasa in Ipokia local government. Imam Musa and His Royal Majesty, Kabiyesi Onipokia, attended the Late Yakubu Abioro’s Islamic school in their primary school days and have been friends ever since.

Professor Olaofe, a professor of Islamic history at the University of Abuja, has been part of a government delegation to Saudi Arabia. His achievements are a testament to his dedication, hard work, and determination since his youth days.

On behalf of the people of Ipokia local government, Onipokia congratulates the Professor, Islamic Cleric, and Author for his enormous and diverse contributions to academia, Islam, and the Nigerian society at large.

In the same vein, Onipokia also met with the Comptroller General of the Nigerian Fire Services in the company of Rt. Hon Biodun Akinlade MHR, member representing Yewa South/Ipokia Federal Constituency, touching on areas of potential contributions to Ipokia local government.
