A Southern Kaduna ruler, Dr. Damina Sabo Ishaku, has reportedly been remanded in the Kaduna State prison.
We gathered that the Kurama chiefdom head was slammed by the chief magistrate, Justice Abdul Azeez Ibrahim, on a three-count charges of kidnapping, assault and criminal conspiracy.
Dr. Sambo, according to the case file, was accused of the crimes by the Kaduna State Police Commissioner.
However, the absence of the magistrate has stalled further
mentioning of the case as the judge was said to have travelled outside Kaduna for a seminar.
The case which came up for mentioning again on April 27th, 2017, we learnt, has been adjourned again.
