Nigeria Pillar of Sports  Mourns Baleria, Kazeem

Ilorin-based businessperson cum sports promoter, Chief Donatus Ejidike has joined other Nigerians  to mourn the sudden demise of two great promising sports stars: Kano Pillars FC Team Manager, Kabir Baleria and Remo Stars FC player, Tiamiyu Kazeem.

Chief Ejidike told Global Excellence  that the increasing record of deaths among the sports family is devastating and heartbreaking.   He therefore  asked that  everyone  should  pray against its  occurrence.

The sports philanthropist who lamented the circumstances of the deaths of these promising stars noted that there is urgent need to purge the system of the trauma.

He condemned  the brutal killing of Tiamiyu Kazeem by the operations of SARS as a result of excessiveness and mental dehydration .

Coach  Kabir Baleria, according to Nigeria Pillar of sports was a promising gaffer who gave his best as a former U-17 and U-20 national teams even as his records in Kano Pillars spoke volumes.

‘We are sober, we are really sad about their sudden departure, may the Creator grant them eternal rest. We join other distinguished Nigerians to mourn over the void caused by our good sportsmen, they left us suddenly, we loved them dearly and my words to everyone is that let’s  continue to pray for their families and sports family as we express our condolences’, he said.

Ejidike  who is  the Nigeria Pillar of Sports described their demise as a big blow to the sporting world and  called on the football ruling authority to do the needful to uphold justice and comfort  the bereaved  families.
