Chinedu Livinus Okonkwo aka ChizzyAce, is the latest act happening to Nigerian music at the moment.
ChizzyAce, son of a business Mogul from Nnewi South in Anambra State, has chosen music and modelling as a career since 2010.
A Business Administration graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State, ChizzyAce majors in classical hip pop music.
His journey into music career
started in secondary school, according to him, where he sang in the classroom to the admiration of his classmates, who later advised him to take music as a career.
Before long, ChizzyAce, as he is popularly known by his friends and fans, started singing at public shows.
However, when asked how he got inspiration to compose songs and perform on stage, he said; Music is in his blood; “I don’t need to learn it. I work with my mood and my inspiration comes from the dream. Also, I don’t need to smoke nor drink to get inspiration. It comes directly from my dream.”
In a chat with us, he maintained that he can sing classical hip-hop to any length.
He further revealed that his intention is to take his brand to an enviable height, adding that he has lots of hip-hop songs to his credit and also some collaborations with some top hip hop artistes.
ChizzyAce, who said he has received favors from God and has also taken a bold step to help others, has floated ChizzyAce Foundation to help the needy which will be launched in December 2021.
