Civil servants in Kwara State will attend promotion interview in Ilorin beginning from 1st November 2021.
The Kwara State Civil Service Commission announced the promotion interview dates penultimate Tuesday.
The 2021 oral promotion interview which will last for five weeks will take place on five days each week and it will start at 8:00am daily.
Chairman, Civil Service Commission, Hajjia Habeebat Anike Yusuf who made this known during the meeting attended by members of the Commission, added that officers from GL 07 to GL 17 would be eligible for the promotion interview that will hold between Monday and Friday of every week.
Civil Servants that are eligible for the promotion interview are expected to fill all necessary documents and have such submitted four days before the ‘interview date’ through the Staff officers of their respective Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to avoid delay or outright cancellation of the interview.
Those who will attend the promotion interview should according to her mask up and come with their Original Certificates, Citizenship Certificate, Service ID card, Approval of study leave (if any), Evidence of change of Names, examination slip, Letter of first Appointment, Letter of Gen.40, Letter of Last Promotion, Letter of Confirmation and NYSC Certificate or exemption.
Hajjia Habeebat Anike Yusuf warned that the Commission will not reschedule interview for any candidate who misses his or her interview date.
