Ilorin Top Judicial Officer Dies

Associates, friends and family members are still in shock and cannot believe that he, has, indeed, journeyed to the great beyond. Misted eyes and saddened hearts were easy to come by and  it was, indeed, considered  a great loss to the Ilorin community as news of his death spread on Friday.

The deceased, Alhaji Saad Ahmed from the Ile Abojumeji royal family of Ilorin, reportedly returned to the state capital from Abuja on Wednesday , the trip was to allow him interact with family members and also share the usual  Ramadan

package for family members and friends. Global Excellence gathered that the late Saad who showed no sign of illness suddenly began to feel uneasy on Friday morning and he was quickly taken to the General Hospital for medical attention and before concrete steps could be taken he had sadly given up the ghost.

The late Alhaji Saad Ahmed  was until his death the Deputy Chief Registrar, Federal Court of Appeal, Abuja  but for his sudden death , he  was billed to be appointed a judge of same court  soon and the process had , indeed, been initiated.  The Fidau prayer for the 59-year old top judicial officer has been fixed for Monday.
