Kenny Bello, the founder of Kab Foundation and PDP House of Representatives aspirant has reiterated his commitments to positively affect more lives in Ijebuland through his charity activities.
He made this disclosure on Sunday at Ijebu Ode while fielding questions from journalists shortly after receiving the prestigious ‘Ijebu Man Of The Year’ award organized by Globe Magazine to honour him and other outstanding Ijebu sons and daughters who have distinguished themselves in different fields.
Kenny Bello, through his KAB Foundation (an NGO) has put smile on faces of downtrodden in Ijebuland, especially in the aspect of care for the aged and widows, youth empowerment and capacity building, educational support programmes for indigent but brilliant students in Ijebu North/Ijebu East/Ogun Waterslide Federal Constituency to mention but a few.
He, however, promised to do more by extending his kind gesture to other local government areas in Ijebuland such as Odogbolu, Ijebu North East and Ijebu Ode LGA respectively.
Earlier before receiving the award, Engr Bayo Dayo, a prominent PDP Chieftain and former Ogun PDP State Chairman acknowledged the contribution of Kenny Bello in helping the needy in Ijebu North/Ijebu East/ Ogun Waterside Federal Constituency and beyond.
“Kenny Bello is a good person to each and every one who crossed his way for assistance in any kind. He is using his wealth to assist the downtrodden. I am a father to every contestant, and I am also ready to be factual with what is going on” he added.
The award was borne out of the contributions of Kenny Bello through his Kab Foundation, an NGO, to humanity. The foundation has been in existence for a decade.
In a related development, Kenny Bello urged all the electorate to go and get their voter cards (PVC) and cast their votes for PDP in the general elections.
Kenny Bello is contesting for the 2023 Federal House of Representatives under the opposition Peoples Democratic Party. He also dedicated the prestigious award to all his political associates across all political parties in Ijebu North/Ijebu East/Ogun Waterside Federal Constituency.
Dignitaries from all walks of life and political associates of Kenny Bello from other political parties within and outside Ijebu East LG Area were also in attendance at the venue of the award programme to honour one of them.
