Consolidated Media Associates is the owner of ONTV, Televista Movies, Spice TV, Village Square and Soundcity while it produces such exclusive events as Soundcity Music and Video Awards, Spice Fashion Week, Trybe Movie Festival and the Soundcity Urban Blast Festival, and many more.
Adepetu, a graduate of the University of Jos and successful entrepreneur, founded Alphavision Multimedia and CMA GROUP, a general media production and television powerhouse with footprints in satellite, cable, digital and terrestrial television which runs four of five channels on the DStv and GOtv platforms, The Soundcity music and lifestyle channel; The Spice Fashion Channel, Televista Series Channel, the Trybe Movie Channel and ONMAX.
Besides, the media guru has just added two new radio stations, Urban Radio and Soundcity FM, which broadcast from Lagos.
