…Blessed Twins
Another talented twins have taken over the gospel music scene; they are Taiwo and Kehinde Badmus (Blessed Twins) popularly known as Aforingbare. Their younger sister, Alab is also a back-up vocalist in their band. This Badmus crew discovered their musical talents 10 years ago and have since improved on their musical career. In the last 10 years, their band had performed at RCCG, CAC, TREM, TVC, MITV, LTV and other occasions like naming ceremony, house warming, wedding, birthday, burial and other church concerts. Having perfected their act, and with popular demand from their numerous fans, Blessed Twins came out last year December with an album titled ‘you are A great God’’ with tracts like “How Great You Are”, ”Speak Good Things to Nigeria”, “Omo Nigeria E gbadura fun Nigeria”, “Ma sorire” and “Taloriire kan”. These carpenters turned gospel singers said they inherited music from their mother side. Their greatest challenge, according to Taiwo was when an engineer brought instrument late to the wedding reception where they have collected money to perform. ‘’Eventually, we didn’t perform because the couple had left but after this disappointment, God surprised us with our own instruments. On their mentor, Taiwo and Kehinde chorused ‘’Adegboju Twins are our mentor, we really cherish their talent”.
