Bread seller turned cover girl, Olajumoke Orisagunna, has been advised to return to school to complete her education which stopped at the primary level before fate smiled on her.

‘Jumoke Oniburedi’, as she is fondly addressed by her admirers, bumped into limelight courtesy celebrity photographer cum singer, TY Bello, who figured the potentiality and made good use of it. Since then the Iree, Osun State born one-time bread hawker has become a public allure.

Everybody wants a good life but the good life, with proper education, would guarantee self-dependence, argue Olajumoke’s fans on the social media who feel by returning to school, she will not only become conscious of herself but would become wiser and be able to make her own decisions.

Olajumoke, recalling, was reported to have been enrolled for proficiency in English at Poise Academy, Lekki, Lagos on the bill of Sujimoto Constructions who is also housing her, her husband and two kids. But her fans are saying it is to her future benefit that she does not just take protocol and etiquette courses alone but return for college education which in every sense promises new interests and values and saves one from being exploited and fooled forever.

A fan of Olajumoke that spoke with Global Excellence magazine noted that “While I’m not saying Olajumoke is completely artificial, but we live in a country where we enjoy a number of rights and freedom. So, it is easier to take advantage of innocent and illiterate persons. If people realize that you fall below the required grade, you may be trapped into signing false documents or be deprived of some rights which they have because unlike an educated person you are not well aware of your rights and freedoms.

Another fan of hers said “Her status has changed, no doubt. But I will implore her to return to school to complete her education. God does things His own way. She should allow God to lead her in everything she does while I’m not encouraging her to disrespect people who have helped her to become what she is today.

After she left primary school, Olajumoke was trained in hairdressing in her hometown. During her training, she became pregnant for her lover who later married her before she left for Lagos in search of greener pastures.
