Five people were penultimate week abducted in Odueku Community, Isin local government, Kwara State by unknown gunmen.
Spokesperson for the state police command, Ejire-Adeyemi Toun, a Superintendent of Police, who has confirmed this development, noted that efforts to rescue them unhurt is ‘in progress’
‘The Kwara State Police Command is aware of the abduction incident that occurred at about 0115hours of 15/01/25 at Odu-Eku Camp in Odueku Community, Isin LGA ; where five people were kidnapped. Two males and three females have been taken to an unknown location.
Immediate deployment has long taken place; the Police, alongside the Vigilante, are on a rescue mission.
