A section of the Nicon Luxury Hotel located on Tafawa Balewa Way, Abuja, owned by billionaire businessman, Barrister Jimoh Ibrahim, was gutted by fire last week, causing panic within the hotel, an insider revealed to Global Excellence magazine.
The fire incident, according to the source, occurred in the morning of Sunday, November 26th, 2017, wrecking two suites on the second floor of the 4-Star hotel, and as the alarm was raised, some lodgers were reportedly spotted scampering out of their rooms to grasp what was really happening.
The source said that Chief Jimoh Ibrahim who just came in from Dubai, his new business base, was informed of the incident after which he visited the scene to examine the extent of the damage.
