For Nigeria to truly attain her position as the big brother of Africa, there is need for the nation’s political scene to take a new dimension by fielding politicians with pre-requisite qualities and public service experience in positions of authority to chart a new course for the development of the country as we go into another election.

Ahead of next month general elections, call them  the most-sought after political brides of Ogbomosho, an ancient town in Oyo State, you may just be right.

This view is reinforced by the factor that at a time of massive political alignment and re-alignment ahead of the  elections, senator representing Oyo North at the Red Chamber of the National Assembly, Fatai Buhari, Olamiju Alao-Akala vying to represent the people of Ogbomosho North/South and Orire Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives and Olawunmi Adedeji vying to represent the people of Ogbomosho State Constituency at the Oyo State House of Assembly on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC are emerging as a rallying point of sorts.

Since the campaign for the 2023 electioneering started, the trio has taken Ogbomosho political landscape and by extension the entire Oyo State by storm shutting the doors of electoral sympathy to other candidates with so many life-changing empowerments and programmes for their constituents.

Most of his people in the premier Federal Constituency were of the opinion that the constituency has been under bondage since the beginning of the fourth republic and sees 2023 as a year of liberation for them with Senator Fatai Buhari gunning for the Senate for another time, Olamiju Alao-Akala to the green chamber of the National Assembly after the overwhelming achievements he recorded as council chairman few years while Olawunmi Adedeji commitment to the cause of developing Ogbomosho through insightful legislation and periodic empowerment sets him apart from other candidates. The people all agreed that they are the right set of people capable of taking them to the promised land through qualitative and effective representation from the National and State Assemblies in 2023..

The have all been in the fore front of emancipation and development of their people in Ogbomosho and Oyo State in general.

Genuine apostles of good governance, humane, dynamic, religious and compassionate about the welfare of their people, Ogbomosho cannot have it better than the magnificent trio of Fatai Buhari, Olamiju Alao-Akala and Olawunmi Adedeji.
