An accomplished Christian leader-cum-philanthropist, Reverend Mother Esther Abimbola Ajayi, has been honoured with an award of excellence by the Global Excellence magazine team.
In a brief ceremony that took place at the Sheraton Lagos Hotel, Ikeja, on Friday, 26th of April, 2019, the United Kingdom based popular woman noted for her passion for the power of prayer and giving, was presented with the 2019 edition of the Excellence Recognition Awards category of ‘Humanitarian Service Award’ by the publisher of Global Excellence magazine, Mr. Mayor Akinpelu.
Dignitaries present at the event which coincided with a mini birthday affair organized in her honour by members of her Love of Christ Generations C& S Church, comprised celebrity journalist and Ovation magazine publisher, Bashorun Dele Momodu; publisher of City People magazine, Dr. Seye Kehinde, and others.
Akinpelu, while presenting the plaque, acknowledged the outstanding achievements made by Reverend Mother Ajayi thus far, including dedicating much of her life to not only win souls through evangelism but also restoring lives through her charitable organization, ‘The Esther Ajayi Foundation’.
In her response, Reverend Mother Ajayi, expressed her deep appreciation to Mayor Akinpelu and his team for the honour, while she pledged to continue with the cause that is so dear to her heart, that is empowering others, which she admits makes her happier and more fulfilled.
