The chairman, Senate Committee on ICT and Cybercrime, Senator Abdulfatai Buari on Sunday 4th June attracted dignitaries from all walks of life to Ogbomoso for the 5th edition of Senator Abdulfatai Buari Ramadan Lecture.
The lecture which was held at Ogunlola Hall had in attendance ministers, senators, House of Representatives members, representatives of Governor Abiola Ajimobi and his Deputy, Moses Alake Adeyemo, member House of Assembly led by its Deputy Speaker, Musa Abdulwasil, top government officials, Islamic scholars among others.
Renowned Islamic scholar, Dr Sobour Ghali Alaaya was the guest lecturer while Dr Saka Balogun, former chief of staff to Governor Alao Akala was the chairman of the occasion.
Senator Buari also distributed gift items and other materials to the less privileged at the event.
