The Muslim community in Delta State was today, Sunday, November 17th, 2019 paid a courtesy visit to the honourable Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Mr. Festus Keyamo SAN in his Warri residence.
Leading the delegation of the religious body is a notable cleric, Alhaji Abdul Dauda who expressed his gratitude to the Delta born legal luminary for to his sterling achievements and impressive track records in the political terrain.
The Muslim cleric in his speech congratulated the Minister for his giant leaps in politics and promised to be at his beck and call when the need arises whether now or in future.
In his response, the Minister welcomed the contingent and also promised to render his unflinching support to everybody in the State, “Ours is a national assignment and my mandate is to attend to everybody without prejudice for race or creed, we shall always attend to the need of our people most especially I will make sure I use my apparatus of office through one of our empowerment initiatives, the Micro Enterprise Enhancement Scheme- MEES to put smiles on the faces of the unemployed as a whole”, the Minister responded.
