In the heat of the controversy between Nigerian Pastor, Abiodun Fatoyinbo and several A-list Afrobeat superstars, Davido has proclaimed that Naira Marley will be performing in COZA soon.
Davido reacted to a tweet from Naira Marley on Thursday, December 19. According to Marley, he ascertained on Twitter that his new single ‘Tesumole‘ will garner him invite from Pastors in the country.
‘Tesumole’ meaning step on the devil in the Yoruba language is an allusion to overcoming the devil and dancing to your victory. The new single is also accompanied with a dance routine which is gradually garnering momentum.
Responding to this uncharacteristic desire, Davido who recently called out COZA; expressed that the Senior Pastor of the church, Biodun Fatoyinbo will invite Naira Marley to perform this December.
Biodun Fatoyinbo found himself in a tumultuous position several days ago after sharing a video of Davido on his social media page.
As seen in the video, Davido appeared with a particular family advertising a church program titled, ‘Twelve Days Of Glory’. Davido has since distanced himself from the church and also threatened to sue the religious organization.
