The resignation of Oyo State Commissioner for Special Duties, Alhaji AbdulGaniyu Mudashiru on Tuesday did not only come as a surprise to many of his colleagues but was also shocking. Muda who resigned from Ajimobi’s government was said to have been on the blacklist of the governor.
Although the government claimed that the commissioner was sacked due to his failure to meet up with the expectations but sources close to the media expert and author said he resigned because the offer was already affecting him.
A reliable source told Global Excellence that “He was not treated fairly, the government job is already affecting his life and business and when he realizes that the governor and some cabals in the system seem to dislike his uprightness and attitude to work, he resigned”.
Muda who posted his decision to resign on his wall has since refused to talk over the matter but the state government insisted that he was sacked.
