It was a great moment on the 10th September 2018 when APC leaders in Kosofe Constituency 2 surprised their representative at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon Tunde Braimoh with the party’s Expression and Nomination Form bought to further demonstrate their confidence in him and appreciate his sterling representation during his first term in the Assembly. The event simply presented an opportunity to endorse Braimoh for a second term.
The unprecedented event in the history of Lagos APC which witnessed the presence of almost all the party officials in the area was held at the party secretariat as leaders showered praises on the Chairman House Committee on Judiciary and Public Petition for bringing dividends of democracy to them.
Led by Hon Abiodun Akhigbe who on behalf of the leaders in the area presented the Expression of Interest and Nomination form to Hon Braimoh, the brief event was laced with praise songs from women and youths of the community to show how grateful and blessed they are towards the exemplary works of Hon Tunde Braimoh in the LAHA.
Among leaders present at the event are chairmen of Agboyi/Ketu LGA, Hon Sunday Odekomaya and Hon Jegede of Ikosi/Isheri LGA, also Hon Abiodun Salami.
In his words while expressing his appreciation to the unexpected great gesture, Hon Braimoh thanked party leaders in the area for enthrusting him with such honour to represent them once again and promised to re-double his efforts to dwarf his first term performance when re-elected
