Today, 8th of January, 2020, Siju Iluyomade the Convener of Arise Women, a charity organization that has been adding to human capacity building and empowerment in the country  adds new age. She is 56.

The delectable woman of influence and character who has over the years become a rallying point adding value to the women folk in particular in the country.

The effervescent woman of note is also using the occasion to celebrate the wife of Lagos State Governor Mrs Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu and the Minister of Women Affairs, Mrs Pauline Tallen who both are her birthday mate and great supporters of Arise Women initiative.

Although Siju as she is fondly called is not  throwing big party but she is using the occasion to make plans to up the empowerment activities of the non-governmental organization in a bid to reach out to more people in the year 2020.
This is because the Arise team having had a successful human capital development and empowerment programmes for over 10,000 less privileged in the society, main ly women in 2019 have seen the huge level of lack of social amenities in the country.
Hence, the foundation championed by the energetic Lawyer of decades, Siju is already planning big for the  year 2020 that will see Arise Women increase its humanitarian and charity activities not only within Lagos and Abuja that it currently concentrated on but also many parts in the North.
According to this fashion-conscious but open hearted philanthropist, “all the achievement recorded by Arise Women in 2019 will be dwarfed by 2020 by Gods grace”.  She said, hopefully not less than 30000 individuals, mostly women within Lagos, Abuja, Akwa-Ibom, Kebbi and many other states will benefit from the 12th edition of Arise Women empowerment activities.
It will be recalled that, after a successful activities in 2019 which includes Arise Vocational & Skills Acquisition programme in Lagos, Arise Health Walk and Arise Women Conference, the team moved to Abuja where the two adopted villages Dafara and Kabusa benefited immensely from the foundation’s gestures.
Among other things in Abuja, the NGO commissioned  new boreholes  for the communities and enlisted hundreds of women into Arise Women Farmers’ Foundation while it also distributed over 10,000 different items including bags of rice, school bags, soaps, buckets and back-to-school items for the kids.
