In the top 30 of the most recent UK Official Singles Chart, the Top 100 are Nigerian megastar, Burna Boy, Rema, and Afrobeats singing phenomenon, Oxlade.
Burna Boy and Ed Sheeran’s song “For Your Hand” is the leader of the Afrobeats movement. It moves up from Number 21 to a new peak of Number 20 and extends its stay on the chart to 12 weeks.
Rema’s “Calm Down” moved up six spots from Number 31 to achieve a new top rank of Number 25. The Selena Gomez remix-aided single is in its fifth week at the top of the charts.
The number-one song by Oxlade, “Kulosa” has been on the chart for 11 weeks and is now at Number 27, dropping two spots from Number 25 the previous week.
Burna Boy’s hit single ‘Last Last’ appears at Number 31 after slumping two places from the Number 29 spot last week as it enters an impressive 20th week on the chart.
