Adron Homes Unveils Yinka Ayefele as Brand Ambassador

The ancient city of Ibadan was agog lately as Tungba Gospel exponent, Yinka Ayefele, became the brand ambassador of fast rising pan-African real estate management Company, Adron Homes and Properties.

The foremost housing company which operates in over five states with over 26 mega city estates on Thursday made the epoch making ambassadorial deal with Dr. Yinka Ayefele on a mission plan called “Gbese Wole E” which literally means ‘”Moving into your house” with the impression of making all Nigerians a Landlord and proffering permanent solution to housing problems with a very convenience and periodic payment.

 

Group Managing Director of Adron Groups and also the Aare Apesinola of Ibadan land, Dr. Adetola Emmanuel -King while giving his remarks on this development expressed his sincere appreciation to Dr. Ayefele for signing the deal of ambassador with his organization.

 

“We’re happy that today we’ve Dr. Yinka Ayefele coming to sign with us as our brand ambassador.
Because our vision, our mission all centers around Rural urbanization and this we’ve been doing in many states and all across the nations coming up in either towns where we call probably a rural town which we’ve been urbanizing.

Dr. Adetola added that Ibadan as an ancient and historical city from the pacesetter state lacks monumental buildings and standard residential structures.

 

He noted that aside the Mapo Hall donated to Ibadan city by Queen Elizabeth in 1952 and the Cocoa House built by the late ‘sage’ Obafemi Awolowo, Ibadan has no buildings which is qualify to reach a cynosure of the eye.

 

He further explained that Adron Homes and Properties as a Game Changer has sited another Mega City in replica of the Mapo Hall at West Park and Garden Paradise City, Ayegun Oleyo and development as been growing rapidly in other estates in Ibadan which also includes Asejire, Apata, and Ologuneru Axis of Oyo state.

 

While speaking on the newly signed deal, the newest ambassador in town which is the Managing Director of Fresh FM, Ibadan, A veteran Broadcaster and Gospel Musician Dr. Olayinka Joel Ayefele commended the management of Adron Homes and Properties for honouring him with the great opportunity as the new brand ambassador of their organization.

 

Ayefele who qualify the day as one of the happiest day in his life, significantly revealed that the he has never been signed any ambassadorial deal before until the day of this investiture.

 

“I’ve never been an ambassador before, this is my first time, and the reason is that I am always very careful about brands I relate with.

 

Before i can relate with any brand, I have to make thorough investigations to see the kind of persons they are because I have an integrity and brand name to keep, Fresh FM is one, Yinka Ayefele is another,” he said.

 

He then enjoined all tenants to always have it in mind to move to there own houses as soon as possible, he buttressed that relying on salaries only cannot buy a land if determination and dedication is evolved.

 

Group Executive Director of Adron Homes Dr. Mrs Kemi Osude also speaking at the event qualified Adron as an agent that sees into beautifying the environment of Nigeria and the Whole World at large.

 

Dr Osude added that everyone should be proud of living in Adron estate as infrastructural facilities such as perimeter fencing, already tarred road, and Building of Business complex makes it conductively comfortable for everyone to leave in.
