The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, has joined his ancestors.
It was learnt that the monarch died in the early hours of Monday, July 7, 2025.
Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin was crowned as the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland in a ceremony that attracted the crème de la crème of Nigerian society.
He succeeded the 42nd King Oba Mahood Lekan Balogun who died on 14 March 2024 at 81.
