I was watching with keen interest the Thursday 7, January 2016 edition of the Bank of Industry’s weekly programme as anchored by Kayode Alayande, and aired on Channels TV.
The Managing Director/Chairman Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Industry, Raheed Olaoluwa was responding to questions from the presenter. What amazed me was the manner in which Mr. Rasheed arrogantly responded to some of the questions. Like when he was asked ‘what were the yardsticks to secure a loan from the financial institution?’ In his reaction, he personified the institution and did not speak on behalf of the organization he represents in an official manner. Hear him, “If I have to give a company like UAC a loan now, I am not going to ask for any collateral. There are some big companies like that, that I will not ask them to provide any collateral because of their long-standing in business…
My take? Mr. Olaoluwa can do better than this!
