Reliable sources in Ibadan have said that the children of late Ibadan business mogul and politician, Alhaji Azeez Arisekola Alao, are presently not happy with the governor of Oyo State, Senator Isiaka Abiola Ajimobi.
Those carrying the gist around say that their anger against the governor who used to be their darling, had to do with the case of one of their sons, Farouk Arisekola.

Representatives seat in the 2015 National Assembly election has withdrawn from public and his withdrawal, we heard, had to do with the governor’s decision to dump him.
As we learned, when Farouk lost his House of Reps bid, Governor Ajimobi reportedly promised to compensate him with a very juicy appointment, probably a ministerial or commissionership slot due to his father’s recognition.
But as soon as election was over, the governor refused to see Farouk. Worse is, according to the gist merchants, Governor Ajimobi allegedly cut all ties with the young man. He neither replied text messages sent by Farouk nor picked his calls, claimed our sources.
Our calls to the governor’s CPS were not answered as at when this story went to press.
