Popular Lagos female politician, Hon. Fateema Aduke Muhammed, is set to be honoured again.

On Sunday, 1st of July, 2018, Fatee, as she is fondly addressed, will be conferred with the ‘Grassroots Mobilizer of The Year’ award in a grand ceremony to be graced by other important personalities in the society.

Host the ‘Pink Awards’ is former Big Brother Nigeria housemate, Bisola Aiyeola. We gathered that dignitaries billed to attend include the governor of Ogun State, Senator Ibikunle Amosun; Elizade Motors CEO, Chief Michael Ade-Ojo, and a host of others.

Pink Awards ceremony takes place at Mimaya Events Centre, Kudirat Abiola Way, Oregun, Ikeja.

Fateema, a celebrated charity ambassador, is one of the Nigerian women recognized for making outstanding marks in their respective professions and communities. She is a feminist with a philosophy that, having more women in decision-making roles as a voice for under-represented groups in the society has the potential to bring a diversity of ideas that might find solutions to the country’s socio-economic challenges.
