The King of Kabba, a popular town in Kogi State, Oba Micheal Olobayo (Obaro Ero Il), has passed.
Town sources informed us that the monarch traditionally known as ‘Obaro’, joined his ancestors a few hours ago.
When we received the clue, we tried contacting the king’s Odo-Awofin Palace for proof, without luck.
A palace source that volunteered to speak only said that, “Even if such thing has happened, it is untraditional to speak out until it becomes official.”
