Jimoms Private School located at Okemu Street, Oworonsoki Lagos rolled out drums to celebrate its first year anniversary at the school premises.
The event which gave the pupils of the school an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and talents in the midst of their parents and guests will forever linger in their memories for a long time. Their activities at the programme include song presentation, choreography, cultural song in both Yoruba and Igbo Languages, dynamic dancing, music (orchestral) and game.
The proprietress of the school, Pastor (Mrs) Janet Opeyemi – Ajayi, who spoke to us in an elated mood at the event, said God inspired her to establish the school in order to give the same standard of education to the lower class in the society. “We want to give the best to our pupils; we have the same standard of facilities of learning and teachers to complement our mission. “Our pupils are enjoying the same standard the pupils of the rich are enjoying at a lower fee.”
