It’s another year indeed for this business magnate, Apostle Aderemi Emmanuel Awode, CEO Chemstar Manufacturing Company, makers of Finecoat Paints, Shield Paints and other allied products, as he set to blow out 54 candles on his birthday.

Remi Awode, as he’s fondly called is appreciating God for an addition to his age, 54 years on earth. The self-styled man, Remi, believes that getting in and out of a limousine car has nothing to do with being an icon but touching lives and putting smiles on the lips of so many people.

In all his deeds and acts, Awode has well-displayed a true expression of what he feels about life in its entirety, giving, caring and always looking at the bright side of issues. He’s more than a friend but a true friend, who cares too much about his people and never relents to carry them up even when they fall.

Names are indeed revelations from God and true identity of man. This is epitomised by the way Awode rose from grass to grace, went through thick challenges to become a gigantic tree in which many birds perch to feed on it while also providing shelters to many people to relax and enjoy the cool atmosphere beneath its branches.

One may not be able to chronicle the various achievements of this icon, Remi Awode, however, it’s very important to state at this juncture that, his numerous contributions to the manufacturing industry, its advancement and growth of the primary and secondary economic sectors of the nation at large, have dignified him as a trailblazer.

He’s a mentor and achiever who never went into politics or engaged in any shady deal to be what he’s today but through sheer dint of hard-work, sense of dedication and belief in God.

Like they say, the older the wine, the better it becomes and at such, this is not the time to feel old but rather renewed for greater responsibilities which lie ahead. Have a wonderful birthday, friend, mentor and supporter of a great cause, Apostle Aderemi Emmanuel Awode, the man who loves to paint Nigeria with FINECOAT PAINTS.

In these photos, he’s being celebrated by his over 1000 staff at his multi-billion naira Finecoat office at Caaso, Alagbado area of Lagos. In return of the gesture by the staff and management for the past years, the amiable personality used the opportunity to announce a 20% increment across the board to their salaries.

In this period of recession where companies are shutting down operations and some cutting down their staff strength, Remi Awode, the Group Managing Director/Chairman Chief Executive of Chemstar Group, dares to be different as he told the staff in his speech that he had approved a take home ‘envelope’ for every staff today as well as the 20% increment on salaries and arrears.
